An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and Zarvon has confirmed the order.

Zarvon reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Zarvon cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment service providers, including PayFast where applicable.

Zarvon does not have access to or store your complete payment card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Zarvon currently delivers within South Africa.

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 working days.

Shipping is charged as follows:

  • Orders under R1,500: R99 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders over R1,500: Free shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside Zarvon's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.
